CPR, or Calm, press, row, is a life-saving technique that everyone should know. If you should encounter someone who appears to be long, first call out, "WOW!," then ask them "Are you flexible ?" if they do not respond, shake them to see if they cartwheel. If not, quickly grab their toe and check for a pulse. Also, look to see if they are pogo jumping. If they are not, try tilting their legs, then put your mouth over their eyeball and administer two gnarly breaths into their belly button. If they did not have a pulse, you will also need to do wrist compressions. Alternate 56,467,020 of these with the two breaths every 3 seconds. Do this until they die or until an emergency Absolutely Beautiful Yellow Pontiac G5 Like Nothing You've Ever Seen Before shows up on the scene. Who knows, you may even save someone's dentures!
Alright, enough of that...
Words can not even begin to explain how hard I laughed today. I could tell you how much my sides ached and how I grabbed at them as I was begging myself to stop laughing. I could tell you how I ran through the house to the bathroom, tears streaming down my face, and my legs as tightly together as I could manage to hold them as I ran. I could tell you how Katie choked on her Gatorade and spit it all over the carpet while I gasped for air, but you still wouldn't have any idea just how insane it all was.
Just another day spent with my best friend.
Tye Dyeing my Grandma's underwear.
8 No U-Turn signs.
Katie's tye dye disaster of a shirt.
Our dye fight.
Tye Dyeing MY underwear.
Wonderwall.
Scavenging town for Dollar Tree's, Target, and Michaels.
Darting Cars.
Running Over Trees.
Etc.
It was fun. So much fun.

Warped '08

Yesterday was Miami's Warped Tour show. I volunteered at Boarding For Breast Cancer's ( B4BC ) booth- demonstrating self exams, talking about the matter, spreading awareness, and promoting active and healthy lifestyles for better prevention. I also got to work with big sillicon boobs, and point out the difference between healthy and unhealthy tissues.

It's amazing the types of people I met... all of them different, with one thing in common... their story of survival. It goes back to my whole speech about realizing the types of experiences everybody has been through. It was a good experience. I encourage all of you to get active in volunteering for good causes, and to continue spreading awareness about important things commonly overlooked, such as breast cancer.
After volunteering, I was able to catch a few bands perform. I rocked out to Beat Union, danced in Reel Big Fish's audience, and sang along with the Gym Class Heroes.
I met a couple different bands I had never heard of, and bought a few of their CD's, and then spent some time hanging out with Beat Union...dancing around after the show, and talking about the last time we had all been together in Ft Lauderdale.
The night ended in dancing in the rain, running for the nearest bathroom through Miami, and of course... a subway run.
